YMO consists of qualified civil engineers in multiple disciplines, who offer technical knowledge, professional skills, business techniques, and strategic competencies to their clients.

Thiaan Kruger
(BEng Civil Engineering)
Director and Operational Manager
Thiaan has extensive experience working in the civil construction environment more specifically in high rise buildings (The Leonardo), concrete infrastructure and residential housing.
He has several years of project management experience, functioning in various project manager and program manager roles, he has completed his Prince 2 Certification and aims to complete his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2022
Bernard Jansen van Vuuren
(MEng Civil Engineering)
Director and Commercial Manager
Bernard graduated from the University of Pretoria with a degree in Civil Engineering, a Honors degree and a Masters Degree in Transportation Engineering. Since then, he has gained several years of experience in civil project estimating and tendering as well as construction Management projects.
He has completed his Prince 2 Certification recently and in process to complete his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
